1. Using Cutlist
Cutlist is a prototype that organizes DIY inspiration into informational build plans. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Plans do not replace professional designs, manufacturer instructions or advice from a qualified tradesperson. They are not certified or structurally tested.
2. Indicative dimensions, materials and costs
Dimensions inferred from thumbnails, captions or frames can be incorrect or incomplete. Stock thicknesses, rounded unit conversions, tolerances, squareness and hardware vary. Verify everything in person before ordering, cutting or assembling. Stock, waste, prices and availability are estimates; confirm sheet layouts and final prices with the retailer.
3. Your safety responsibilities
You are responsible for assessing your skills, work area, materials and fixings. Follow tool manuals, use appropriate eye, hearing and respiratory protection, secure workpieces and keep guards fitted. Do not wear gloves near rotating blades or machinery where they could be caught. Check for cables and pipes before drilling. Anchor tip-prone furniture with fixings suitable for the wall. Seek professional help for load-bearing, structural, electrical or other hazardous work.
4. Content and creator attribution
Videos, titles, thumbnails and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Source links identify the original work; inclusion does not imply partnership, permission or creator endorsement. Cutlist adaptations are independent estimates, not the creator’s verified instructions. Search tags are editorial unless stated otherwise. Submit only content you have the right to use; do not bypass access restrictions. For attribution or removal concerns, contact Cutlist through the channel where you found the service, including the build URL and evidence of ownership.
5. Video analyser limitations
Private, restricted, deleted, region-blocked or sign-in-only videos cannot be deconstructed from their links. A public link may provide only a thumbnail and caption, not the complete video. You may upload a file you are entitled to use to provide frames. AI can omit steps or misinterpret a build: always review the result.
6. Prices and payments
Plans cost €4.99 / $4.99 per project, €9.99 / $9.99 per month or €69 / $69 per year. The selected currency is shown before checkout; timezone detection is approximate and can be changed using the region selector. EUR is the default in the EU, USD outside it. Material estimates may use an indicative exchange rate and are not quotations. Subscriptions renew until cancelled from your account; cancellation applies to the next renewal. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not activate paid benefits. Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights, remain unaffected.
7. Limitations and statutory rights
We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or availability of plans or external retailers. To the extent permitted by law, Cutlist is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, applicable negligence or mandatory consumer rights.
